We want your online ordering experience to be satisfying and worry free. To ensure your safety and privacy, our online policy is outlined as follows.
Prices
All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 12.5%. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our pricing on the website, the Copenhagen Bakery reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Payment
Payment made by cash, eftpos, cheque and visa is preferred and will be required upon pickup of orders. Direct credit into our business account or telephone credit card processing can also be arranged. If you have any special requests regarding payment of the order, please stipulate your request / message in the box provided.
Please note that 1/3 deposit is required for confirmation of all particular specialty cakes and wedding cakes.
Order Policy
Copenhagen Bakery is open Monday to Saturday. Orders must be confirmed before 12pm the day before (excluding Sunday and statutory holiday) so that products can be ordered and communicated through to bake house by our retail manager.
Cancellations of orders must be made by phone or in person – not through email and cancelled before 3 pm the day before, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Customers who do not provide this amount of notice will be liable for payment of their order. All cancellations / changes will be assessed on a strictly one to one basis pending on cost of production already fulfilled for that order.
Copenhagen Bakery reserves the right to assess all orders or short notice orders and ascertain whether they can be fulfilled due to the bakery production level/routine of that day. Depending on supply and demand of particular products, changes to an order may be necessary to fulfill it. These changes / adjustments will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
Specialty cakes / wedding cakes will be priced / confirmed by appointment only, and, after consultation with our cake consultant.
Privacy
Copenhagen Bakery respects your privacy and values your business. We will never make your personal details available to any other party. We will hold your details in order to process your order and, from time to time, may send you relevant information. If at any time in the future you would like your details removed from our customer list, please advise us accordingly.
